Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering lesson plans in a fun and stimulating way that fosters learning potential.
- Create a learning environment where all students feel valued, supported, and motivated to reach their fullest potential.
- Assess student progress, relaying observations back to teachers, and adapting strategies to meet student needs.
- To ensure a collaborative approach to education, cultivate effective communication with other staff and positive relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred but not required.
- Possessing excellent classroom management skills and the ability to establish a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Genuine enthusiasm for education and attention to facilitating the intellectual, emotional, and social growth of students.
