We are currently seeking a dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join our team at a 'GOOD' school in Slough. This position is available for an immediate start. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality education to our children.

As a Year 6 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing progress, and fostering a positive learning environment. 

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the needs of students in Year 6.
  • Assess progress through assessment methods and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
  • Create a positive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning and promotes the social, emotional, and academic development of students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans and schemes of work.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to provide updates on student progress and support their involvement in their child's education.
  • Participate in school-wide events and activities and contribute to the wider life of the school community.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably Year 5/6
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
