Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with additional needs?

We are currently looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child with autism in a welcoming primary school in Bagshot.

The Role
You’ll work closely with the child on a 1:1 basis, helping them to feel confident, supported and engaged throughout the school day. You’ll provide tailored support with their learning, communication and emotional wellbeing, while encouraging their independence wherever possible.

We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience supporting children with autism / ASD
• Experience working in a school or similar educational setting
• A patient, calm and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Someone who can build trust and provide consistent 1:1 support
• A genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning
