At the centre of Supply Hive is our founder, James. With years of experience in education recruitment, James started Supply Hive with one clear goal: to do things differently.
Frustrated by the lack of transparency and genuine care in the industry, he wanted to build a company that put people before numbers - where schools felt supported, and educators felt valued.
James’ approach is hands-on, authentic, and rooted in integrity. He believes recruitment should be about trust, long-term relationships, and ultimately making a difference for the children in our classrooms.
