We never hide anything - we'll happily share a candidate's pay rate, we'll share our payroll on-cost data, and we'll happily share our margins for each booking. 

We offer support for almost every staffing related scenario that a school may experience; whether that's the need for a qualified teacher for a day of supply, a specialist SEND worker for an immediate start for a pupil with a EHCP, or help with a permanent role that's just proving too difficult to fill!

Our team is made up of individuals that all have exceptional levels of knowledge across different areas of education. We have experienced Primary HLTA/Teachers working in our team, paired with Psychology Masters graduates supporting our SEN schools; all supported by a team with 10+ years of recruitment experience. We really know education, and we really understand recruitment.

We are a small business, owned and run in the local area. Our owners James and Charlotte, both live in the Berkshire area and feel passionately about supporting local schools and educators.
