1:1 Teaching Assistant

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We are currently working with a welcoming school in Bracknell who are looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be someone who is patient, caring and confident working on a 1:1 basis, with a genuine passion for helping children build confidence and make progress.

The role will involve:

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil throughout the school day
• Supporting learning, engagement and development
• Helping the pupil build confidence and independence
• Working closely with the class teacher and wider school team
• Supporting the pupil's individual needs and adapting your approach where needed

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working with children
• 1:1 TA or SEN experience is desirable
• A patient, nurturing and positive approach
• Excellent communication skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children
• The ability to build strong, trusting relationships
