Are you a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding new opportunity?

We are currently working with a fantastic school looking for an LSA to join their SEN Hub, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs and helping them thrive both academically and personally.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is patient, adaptable and passionate about SEN, and who enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

The role will involve:

• Supporting pupils within the school's SEN Hub
• Providing individual and small-group support
• Helping pupils access learning and develop their confidence
• Supporting pupils with their social, emotional and communication needs
• Working closely with teachers and other support staff
• Adapting activities and approaches to meet individual needs
• Encouraging independence and positive behaviour

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working with children or young people
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN is highly desirable
• A patient, nurturing and understanding approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils
• A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their potential
