Full-time TA

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Virginia Water.

The Role

• Support pupils in the classroom and across the school
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support
• Help children with their learning and development
• Work closely with the class teacher and wider school team
• Support pupils with additional needs where required
• Create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working with children in a school or nursery setting
• A patient, caring and supportive approach
• Confident working 1:1 and in small groups
• Reliable and enthusiastic
• Someone keen to make a positive difference to pupils
