HLTA Full/Part-time

We are looking for a confident and experienced HLTA to join a welcoming primary school in Bracknell, with opportunities available for both part-time and full-time candidates.

The Role

• Support teaching and learning across the school
• Lead lessons and cover classes when required
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support
• Help pupils with their learning and development
• Work alongside teachers and the wider school team
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous HLTA or strong TA experience
• Experience working within a primary school
• Confident leading lessons and managing a class
• Reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic
• A caring and supportive approach
