HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)

Are you an experienced HLTA looking for a new opportunity in Reading? We’re working with a lovely school who are looking for a confident and enthusiastic HLTA to join their team.

The Role:
• Supporting teaching and learning across the school
• Leading lessons and covering classes when required
• Working with pupils across different year groups
• Supporting pupils to stay engaged and achieve their best
• Working closely with teachers and wider school staff

The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous HLTA experience or strong TA experience
• Confident leading learning independently
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Passionate about working with children
• Reliable, proactive and adaptable
