Supply Hive are working with a dynamic training campus in High Wycombe that supports 15-25 year olds who haven’t thrived in mainstream education. The setting is practical, hands-on and small-group based, helping learners build skills, confidence and progress toward employment, further training or supported independence.

The role:
You’ll support learners one-to-one or in small groups, often with an EHCP, across vocational and life-skills programmes such as motor-mechanics, hair & beauty, computing, sports and construction. You’ll work alongside specialist tutors and behaviour-aware staff, helping to create safe, positive classroom environments and supporting personal, social, emotional and academic growth.
You’ll need to:

• Be calm, resilient, flexible and committed to supporting learners who’ve had complex educational journeys.
• Have experience of working with young people with SEND, SEMH or who are disengaged from mainstream education.
• Be excellent at building rapport, supporting learning routines, promoting independence and working closely with the teaching team.
• Contribute to classroom strategies, positive behaviour systems and help with practical, vocational tasks.
