- Supporting learning and behaviour alongside the class teacher
- Being a positive, calm presence in the classroom
- Has experience working with children or in a school setting
- Is patient, enthusiastic, and proactive
- Can commit consistently
- Has a DBS on the Update Service or is happy to apply
