Rose joined Supply Hive in September 2024 and is our Senior Recruitment Consultant, supporting schools across High Wycombe, Maidenhead and Windsor.
With almost 10 years of experience in childcare recruitment, Rose started her career recruiting for private nurseries before moving into nanny recruitment, placing high-end family nannies across London. She then made the move into education recruitment and hasn’t looked back since!
Rose loves the variety that comes with working in education recruitment, but what she enjoys most is building genuine, long-lasting relationships with the schools she works with.
She enjoys getting involved in school life throughout the year, from popping in to support at sports days to joining in with Christmas fairs and other school events.
Outside of work, Rose is kept busy with her young family and loves a good family day out. She’s also a big foodie and loves to squeeze in a cheeky lunchtime exercise class around her daily working routine!
What do you love about your role at Supply Hive?
I love working as an education recruitment consultant at Supply Hive because I enjoy visiting our schools in person and building stronger, long-lasting relationships with them! Supporting with events during the year like sports day and Christmas fairs!
