Are you a dedicated and experienced teacher looking for some long-term, but temporary work from now until the Summer holidays?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated primary teacher to join an OFSTED rated 'good' school in Slough on a long-term basis until the Summer holidays. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons and taking responsibility for the class until the Summer holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Create a positive classroom environment where all children feel valued, respected, and supported
  • Assess progress regularly and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with the Year Lead and other teachers in the year group to plan and implement cross-curricular projects and enrichment activities
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers
  • Uphold school policies and procedures

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in primary schools is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for education and a commitment to creating an inspiring learning environment
