We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated primary teacher to join an OFSTED rated 'good' school in Slough on a long-term basis until the Summer holidays. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons and taking responsibility for the class until the Summer holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Create a positive classroom environment where all children feel valued, respected, and supported
- Assess progress regularly and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with the Year Lead and other teachers in the year group to plan and implement cross-curricular projects and enrichment activities
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers
- Uphold school policies and procedures
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in primary schools is desirable
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for education and a commitment to creating an inspiring learning environment
