1:1 Teaching Assistant – Primary School (Bracknell) 

Are you passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential? We’re looking for a caring and reliable 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bracknell.

About the Role:
You will be working closely with one pupil, providing tailored support to help them access learning, develop confidence, and thrive in the classroom. Each day will bring new opportunities to make a real difference.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support during lessons and activities
• Assist with personalised learning plans and interventions
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
• Support communication and social development

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting children
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine interest in helping children succeed
• DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
