ADHOC Teacher

We are currently seeking adaptable and reliable Ad-Hoc Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming schools in Bracknell. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers looking for flexible work to fit around their schedule while gaining experience in different school settings.

As an ad-hoc supply teacher, you will step into classrooms to deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure continuity for pupils in the absence of their regular teacher.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Previous classroom teaching experience
• Strong behaviour management skills
• The ability to adapt quickly to new environments
• A flexible and professional approach
• A passion for teaching and supporting pupil progress

The role includes:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across different year groups
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
• Supporting pupils to stay engaged and on task
• Providing feedback to school staff on pupil progress and behaviour
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Adapting to different school settings and teaching styles

Pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
If you carry out a long-term Class Teacher role with Supply Hive, you will be paid to your MPS.
