- Plan and deliver inspiring, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
- Observe and assess children’s progress through accurate and meaningful observations
- Work closely with support staff to deliver personalised learning
- Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider school community
- Promote early language, phonics, social skills and independence
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and child welfare
- Contribute to planning, staff meetings and school events
- Support the creation of exciting indoor and outdoor learning areas
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience within EYFS (Nursery or Reception)
- Strong understanding of early childhood development
- Warm, patient and child-centred approach
- Ability to create engaging, hands-on learning opportunities
