Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

We’re working with a welcoming and supportive school in Reading who are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team.

The role:

• Supporting learning across the classroom
• Delivering pre-planned lessons when required
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
• Supporting small groups and 1:1 where needed
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds HLTA status 
• Has experience working in UK schools
• Is confident leading lessons when required
• Is reliable, proactive and great with children
• Has (or is willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS
