Are you a passionate Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant looking for a new role starting this September?
We are working with welcoming primary schools in Reading who are looking for enthusiastic and supportive TAs to join their teams for the new academic year.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils within Key Stage 1 (Year 1 or Year 2)
• Working closely with the class teacher to support learning in the classroom
• Providing 1:1 and small group support where needed
• Supporting phonics, early reading, writing and numeracy development
• Helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working in a primary school setting
• Knowledge or experience supporting KS1 pupils
• Confidence supporting phonics and early learning
• A patient, positive and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
