About the Role
Are you a KS2 Teacher looking for a new opportunity in September? An exciting opportunity awaits at a friendly primary school in High Wycombe.
Whether you're seeking a full-time or part-time role, this position offers the chance to work within a collaborative and nurturing environment. You'll be responsible for delivering creative and stimulating lessons across Key Stage 2, helping pupils grow in both confidence and capability.
Responsibilities:
🟣 Plan and deliver engaging, challenging lessons that deepen understanding and spark curiosity across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
🟣 Monitor and assess pupil progress consistently, using data to inform planning and differentiate effectively to meet a wide range of learning needs.
🟣 Foster a positive, respectful classroom environment that encourages independence, resilience, and active participation.
🟣 Provide targeted, constructive feedback that supports academic development and encourages pupils to take ownership of their learning.
🟣 Work with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure each pupil reaches their full potential—both academically and personally.
Requirements:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
✅ Confident classroom management skills, with the ability to maintain high expectations and foster independence in older primary pupils.
✅ Creative and adaptable teaching approach, delivering lessons that are thought-provoking, curriculum-rich, and suited to the developmental stage of KS2 learners.
✅ Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the academic and emotional well-being of every child.
✅ Right to work in the UK.
