Learning support assistant

Are you a caring and committed individual looking for a full-time Learning Support Assistant role in the Reading area?

We are working with a number of supportive primary schools across Reading who are seeking dedicated LSAs to provide consistent support to pupils who need additional help to thrive.

The Role:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
• Supporting children with SEN including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language needs
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
• Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting pupils both academically and emotionally

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with children or young people (school or similar setting)
• Experience with SEN is desirable but not essential
• Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to a full-time role
