This is a temporary supply role.
We are working with a number of supportive primary schools across Reading who are seeking dedicated LSAs to provide consistent support to pupils who need additional help to thrive.
The Role:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
- Supporting children with SEN including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language needs
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
- Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting pupils both academically and emotionally
- Experience working with children or young people (school or similar setting)
- Experience with SEN is desirable but not essential
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to a full-time role
