Level 3 Qualified Practitioner (School Pre-School)

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated full-time Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join the preschool team at a friendly and welcoming primary school in High Wycombe.
This role involves working closely with colleagues to create a caring, engaging, and inclusive early years environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the preschool lead and teaching staff to plan and deliver exciting, play-based learning experiences.
• Support the preparation of engaging resources, activities, and classroom displays.
• Provide individual and small-group support to children, including those with additional needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour and model kindness, curiosity, and respect in all interactions.
• Foster children’s personal, social, and emotional growth, promoting independence and confidence.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, sharing updates on children’s progress and well-being.

Requirements:

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, CACHE, or equivalent).
• Proven experience working with young children in an Early Years or preschool setting.
• A team-focused attitude, with the ability to use initiative and work independently when needed.
• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
