Mornings 1:1 TA

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who is patient, nurturing and confident supporting children on a 1:1 basis?

We are looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a lovely pupil in a Bracknell primary school. The pupil can experience anxiety and may need additional reassurance and support throughout the school day.

The Role:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day
• Help the pupil feel safe, settled and confident in the classroom
• Support with learning, engagement and participation
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with the pupil
• Work closely with the class teacher and wider school team
• Encourage independence and emotional wellbeing

We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children
• Experience supporting children with anxiety, emotional needs or SEN would be beneficial
• A calm, patient and understanding approach
• Someone who can build strong relationships with children
• Reliable, consistent and enthusiastic
