We are looking for a caring and dedicated Nursery Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child within a nursery setting. This role would suit someone who has previous experience working with young children, particularly those who may need additional support.

This is a temporary supply role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support for a child in the nursery classroom
- Support the child with learning, play, and daily routines
- Encourage communication, social interaction, and development
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow support strategies
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Experience supporting children 1:1 or with additional needs is highly desirable
- Patient, calm, and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant childcare qualification is desirable but not essential
