👩‍🏫 About the Role:
You’ll be leading a vibrant primary classroom, delivering engaging lessons and creating a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to supporting pupils’ academic and personal development.

✨ Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Assess, track and report on pupils’ progress
• Differentiate teaching to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants and the wider school team
• Communicate regularly with parents and carers about pupil progress
• Participate in staff meetings, training, planning and CPD
• Contribute to school life, events and enrichment activities
• Prioritise safeguarding and maintain a safe learning environment for all pupils

✨ What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
