Primary Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
We’re looking for a caring and motivated Teaching Assistant to join supportive primary schools in Reading. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping children learn, grow and feel confident in the classroom.

✨Responsibilities:

• Support learning across the class, small groups and 1:1
• Assist the class teacher with daily activities and lesson delivery
• Help create an engaging and positive learning environment
• Provide support for pupils with additional needs when required
• Encourage good behaviour and positive relationships

✨What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (school or childcare setting preferred)
• Friendly, reliable and confident approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young learners
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
