A friendly and welcoming primary school in Reading is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.
About the role
• Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
• Working 1:1 with pupils and supporting small group learning
• Helping to create an engaging and positive learning environment
• Supporting behaviour management and pastoral needs
• Assisting with the planning and delivery of activities

• Experience working with children (school or childcare setting)
• A positive, reliable and proactive approach
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
