Teaching Assistant

A welcoming and supportive primary school in Bracknell is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. You will work closely with class teachers to support pupils’ learning, help maintain a positive classroom environment, and provide targeted support to individuals or small groups.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom
• Working with small groups and 1:1 pupils where needed
• Assisting with classroom preparation and resources
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Supporting children with additional needs 

Ideal candidate

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting 
• Positive, patient, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to build relationships with pupils and staff
• Passion for supporting children’s development and learning
