✨ Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver inspiring lessons and activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum
- Create a warm, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
- Support children’s early language, phonics, social skills and independence
- Observe, assess and track progress through accurate and reflective observations
- Work closely with teaching assistants and wider EYFS staff
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers and the school community
- Promote high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare
- Contribute to planning, staff meetings and wider school activities
- Develop both indoor and outdoor learning areas to enhance exploration and play
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in EYFS, particularly Reception
- Strong knowledge of child development and early learning
- A warm, patient and child-centred approach
- Ability to deliver creative, hands-on learning experiences
