Supply Hive is working with a welcoming primary school in Bracknell that is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting children with additional needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Work with children with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and speech and language needs.
• Help deliver tailored learning activities to meet individual needs.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
• Encourage independence, confidence and engagement throughout the school day.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has previous experience working with children with SEN in a school setting.
• Is patient, caring and adaptable.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Can create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.

At Supply Hive, safeguarding is central to everything we do. All successful applicants will be required to complete enhanced DBS checks and follow strict safeguarding procedures. Pay rates are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
