SEN TA

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in Bracknell?
We are currently seeking a confident and compassionate SEN TA to support pupils with additional needs in a welcoming and supportive mainstream school environment.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assisting in the SEN room, with confidence
• Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning support
• Supporting children with a range of needs such as autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive and structured learning environment
• Encouraging engagement, confidence and independence in pupils

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong experience working with SEN pupils in a school or specialist setting
• Experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, SEMH or complex needs
• A calm, patient and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
