SENCO

A welcoming and supportive school in Ascot is seeking an experienced and passionate SENCO to join their team on a full-time basis from September.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

The Role:

• Lead and manage the provision for pupils with SEND across the school
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to ensure pupils receive the support they need
• Oversee EHCPs, interventions, and progress tracking
• Support staff with strategies and inclusive teaching approaches
• Build strong relationships with families to ensure the best outcomes for pupils

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds the National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards it)
• Has strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice
• Experienced in supporting children with a range of additional needs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passionate about inclusion and helping every child thrive
