About the Role
Supply Hive are working with a brilliant specialist school looking for passionate Classroom Teachers. Roles are available full-time, part-time, and on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.
This is a lovely opportunity to step into a well-established SEN setting where the focus is firmly on relationships, creativity, and helping every young person achieve their own version of success.
The school supports pupils aged 4–19 with a wide range of needs, including Autism, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties, and Severe Learning Difficulties. Pupils often need a highly personalised approach, consistent routines, and strong, trusted adult relationships to help them access learning and build independence.
The role As a Class Teacher, you’ll be leading a small, well-supported class team and creating engaging, meaningful learning experiences tailored to individual needs.

- Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons
- Leading on assessment, progress tracking and reporting
- Working closely with support staff to deliver consistent approaches
- Building strong relationships with pupils, families and wider professionals
- Supporting communication, life skills and independence development
- Taking part in physical activities and personal care where required
What we’re looking for
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- SEN experience (or a real interest in moving into specialist education)
- Someone confident working with complex learning needs
- A calm, patient and relationship-led approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility, resilience, and a hands-on attitude
- Commitment to high standards and ongoing development
