SEN Teacher

A fantastic special school in Maidenhead is seeking a committed SEN Teacher to join their team from January. The school supports pupils with complex needs and offers a highly supportive, well-resourced environment.
This is a rewarding role where you’ll be delivering tailored learning to pupils with a range of additional needs, working closely with support staff and therapists to ensure every child can thrive.
Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons 📚
• Supporting pupils with complex SEN needs
• Working collaboratively with TAs, therapists and SLT
• Tracking progress and adapting learning to individual needs

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience within SEN or inclusive education
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A team-focused and flexible approach

If you take on a long-term role, you will be paid to scale (MPS where applicable). All applicants must have the appropriate qualifications, training, and Right to Work in the UK.
