SEN Teacher

We are working with welcoming and supportive schools across Reading and the surrounding areas who are looking for experienced and enthusiastic SEN Teachers to join their teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs, supporting them both academically and emotionally within a nurturing environment.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
• Support pupils with a range of SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and speech & language needs
• Work closely with support staff, SENCOs and parents/carers
• Create a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies where needed

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working within SEN settings or supporting pupils with additional needs
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Patient, adaptable and passionate about inclusive education
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
