The Role:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Support pupils with a range of SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and speech & language needs
- Work closely with support staff, SENCOs and parents/carers
- Create a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies where needed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working within SEN settings or supporting pupils with additional needs
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Patient, adaptable and passionate about inclusive education
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
