You'll teach and support autistic pupils through personalised, autism-informed learning, helping every child develop communication, confidence and independence in a nurturing environment.

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual and small groups of autistic pupils.
- Create a calm, inclusive classroom that promotes communication, regulation and learning.
- Work closely with experienced Teaching Assistants and specialist professionals.
- Contribute to EHCP targets and personalised learning plans.
- Build positive relationships with families and support pupils across wider school life.
- Track progress and celebrate every achievement.
- Continue developing your SEN knowledge through ongoing training and CPD.
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience working with Autism and additional needs (or a strong interest in developing within SEN).
- Is patient, compassionate and committed to helping every child succeed.
- Can adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.
- Works well as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
