We are looking for caring, patient, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming primary schools.

The Role
- Supporting children with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities and behaviour support
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Working with pupils with ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, SEMH, and other additional needs
- Encouraging pupil confidence, engagement, and independence
- Experience working with children or young people preferred
- Calm, patient, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for supporting children with additional needs
- Relevant TA/SEN qualifications are beneficial but not essential
