A welcoming SEN school in Slough is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis, starting as soon as possible. The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs and is known for its supportive and collaborative environment.
You’ll be working closely with class teachers and other staff to support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them access learning in a meaningful and engaging way.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs (ASC, SEMH, SLCN) 🧩
• Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning
• Helping to create a safe, structured and positive learning environment
• Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation

Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience preferred)
• A calm, patient and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
