About the Role

We are currently recruiting experienced Supply Teachers to work with a range of well-established primary across Reading, Bracknell and Wokingham from September.

This opportunity is ideal for confident, adaptable teachers who enjoy working in different school environments while maintaining flexibility in their schedule. Many of our partner schools are looking for reliable supply staff who can step into classrooms with confidence and maintain high teaching standards.

The Role:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons across a variety of year groups
  • Follow school planning while maintaining strong classroom management
  • Quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Adapt to different school settings and expectations

What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong experience teaching within UK schools
  • Confident classroom management and behaviour strategies
  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable approach
  • Ability to quickly integrate into new school environments
