Supply Teaching Assistant

Join Supply Hive as a supply teaching assistant and provide ad-hoc cover in primary schools in Slough and surrounding areas, starting January 2026.

Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? Join our team as a Supply Teaching Assistant and gain valuable experience across a variety of primary school settings. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to pick the days that suit you while making a real difference in the classroom in our local primary schools.

Responsibilities:

🟣Support teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences for primary-aged children.
🟣Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
🟣Work with small groups or 1:1 to support children’s learning needs.
🟣Help prepare learning materials and resources.
🟣Support children with additional needs, including SEND and EAL pupils.
 
Requirements:
 
✔️Previous experience working with children or in a care setting is essential.
✔️Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different school environments
✔️DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain a new one.
✔️Right to work in the UK.
