Supply Teaching Assistant

We are seeking experienced and reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to work full-time and part time across a range of primary schools in the Slough area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and be committed to providing high-quality support to pupils and teachers alike.

Responsibilities:

🟢Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
🟢Assisting pupils with their learning and providing support for individual needs.
🟢Contributing to the overall running of the classroom and maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.
🟢Supporting the implementation of lesson plans and delivering pre-prepared activities.
🟢Providing pastoral care and support for pupils as required.
🟢Liaising with colleagues and parents to support pupil progress and well-being.
🟢Undertaking other tasks as required by the school leadership team.
 
Requirements:

✅Experience working as a teaching assistant in a primary school setting or previous experience working with children in a similar role.
✅Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅The ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom environments
✅Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
✅Right to work in the UK.
✅DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain a new one.

All applicants will require the Right to Work in the UK. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
