Teaching Assistant

We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in friendly and supportive primary schools across Reading and the surrounding areas.

The Role

• Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with lessons and classroom activities
• Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Supporting children with varying learning abilities and additional needs
• Encouraging pupil confidence, development, and participation

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people preferred
• Positive, patient, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• TA qualifications are beneficial but not essential
