Teaching assistant

We are currently recruiting a full-time Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Ascot.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development within a supportive school environment.

The Role:

• Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
• Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Helping to support pupils with their learning across the curriculum
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
• Supporting children to build confidence and independence

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
• A positive, patient and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning
• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs is desirable but not essential
