Teaching Assistant Primary

We’re currently working with a friendly and supportive primary school in Bracknell who are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team.

📚 The role:
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you’ll be supporting pupils across the classroom, working closely with the class teacher to help children reach their full potential.

✨ Key responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils in class, 1:1 and in small groups
• Assisting the teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Supporting children with SEND where required
• Creating a positive, nurturing learning environment
• Helping with general classroom preparation and activities

👤 We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children (school or childcare setting)
• Is patient, enthusiastic and reliable
• Has a passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Can work well as part of a team
