Teaching Assistant Primary

We’re working closely with a welcoming primary school in Reading who are looking for a motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to join their team.

📚 The role:
You’ll support pupils across the school, working alongside the class teacher to help create a positive and engaging learning environment.

✨ Key responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils in class, 1:1 and in small groups
• Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom activities
• Supporting children with additional needs (SEND) where required
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Helping prepare classroom resources

👤 The ideal candidate:

• Has experience working with children (school or childcare setting)
• Is patient, proactive and enthusiastic
• Has a genuine passion for education
• Works well as part of a team
