Year 4 Teacher

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Reading, starting Easter.

This is a full-time role and would suit a confident teacher who enjoys building strong relationships with pupils and delivering engaging lessons. Planning is preferred but not essential, with support available if needed.

The role:

• Full-time teaching in a Year 4 class
• Delivering engaging and structured lessons
• Planning and preparation preferred (but not essential)
• Creating a positive, supportive classroom environment
• Working collaboratively with staff to support pupil progress

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds QTS (or is an ECT)
• Has experience teaching KS2, ideally Year 4
• Is confident with classroom and behaviour management
• Is reliable, adaptable, and a team player
