The pupils here all have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition, and the school uses a range of specialist strategies including ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis), Verbal Behaviour, Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy. Every pupil has an individualised learning plan, and there’s a big emphasis on teamwork – teachers, therapists, TAs and parents all work closely together to help each child succeed.
About the Role:
- Full-time, term-time only work

- Supporting pupils with autism in both 1:1 and small group settings
- Helping with communication, social skills, emotional regulation and learning
- Following behaviour support plans and communication programmes
- Working closely with teaching staff and therapists to deliver tailored learning
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role as well as the Right to Work in the UK. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
