We’re looking for a caring, proactive 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team in September. This full-time role is based in Slough and will involve supporting a child with additional needs, helping them to access learning and feel confident and secure in the classroom.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting classroom teachers and helping students achieve their full potential. You will work closely with children across a variety of age groups, including those with special educational needs, ensuring they have the tools and confidence to succeed in their learning.
Responsibilities
📚 Supporting a child 1:1 with learning and emotional needs
👩🏫 Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo
🌟 Helping to create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
📝 Tracking progress and contributing to support plans
Requirements
✔️ Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally 1:1
✔️ A calm, encouraging and positive approach
✔️ Able to commit full-time from September
✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills
