A friendly, welcoming primary school in Windsor is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join the team full-time from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and forward-thinking team, in a school that values creativity, high standards and a nurturing approach to learning.
Our ideal candidate is someone who’s confident teaching Key Stage 1, has strong classroom management, and can bring energy and warmth to the classroom. You’ll be taking over a settled class and working alongside a great team of staff who are all passionate about giving every child the best start to their learning journey.
As a Class Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in helping pupils grow academically and personally. You’ll plan engaging lessons, build strong relationships with pupils and families, and create a classroom environment that inspires curiosity and confidence.
Responsibilities
📚 Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons to a Year 1 class
👩🏫 Support pupils’ progress across all areas of the curriculum
🌟 Create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
📝 Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school team
Requirements
✔️ QTS and experience teaching KS1 (ideally Year 1)
✔️ Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation
✔️ Able to commit full-time from September
✔️ Passionate about early learning and child development

If you carry out a long-term Class Teacher role with Supply Hive, you will be paid to your MPS.
