We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team at our friendly, community feel primary school in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will work closely with our dedicated teaching staff to support, plan, and deliver outstanding educational experiences for our students. This role will involve leading small groups, assisting with a variety of learning activities, and providing cover for classes when needed. Start date: January 2025.
 
Key Responsibilities:

🔑Deliver engaging and effective learning experiences in both small group and whole-class settings.
🔑Work alongside teachers to plan lessons, assess student progress, and offer valuable feedback.
🔑Step in to cover classes in the teacher’s absence, ensuring continuity in learning.
🔑Promote the emotional and social growth of pupils, fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
 
Requirements:

✅HLTA qualification or a relevant equivalent.
✅Previous experience in a school environment, ideally within a support role.
✅Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
✅A true passion for helping students achieve their potential and grow academically and personally.
